Software has no constraints. In architecture, the laws of physics cannot be ignored, and in sports, restrictions such as physique inevitably arise. Software, however, is different.
- Let's show it here like this.
- It looks good, let's speed it up.
If you feel that you can make it happen, you can do so by writing code in that way. Also, even if you cannot do it by yourself, you can use libraries created by engineers around the world to create what you want to create, even if your skills are not very high at that time.
If you want to do it, you can do it, and that is the most fun part.
Policy at BusinessThe most important aspect of our work is to have fun. Creating software requires technical skills. In other words, it requires study (learning). In the beginning, everyone is in a state where they do not have the technical skills and can do only a few things. In this state, it is easy to fall into the following loop.
I can't do it, so I don't enjoy it.
↓
I don't want to do it because I don't enjoy it.
↓
You won't learn to do it because you don't do it.
↓
(Back to the beginning)
- I can't. ⇒You won't be able to do it out of the blue.
- I won't do it. ⇒Forcing them to do something won't make it last.
- Not fun. ⇒It could be fun, depending on how creative you are...
You want to do it because it's fun.
↓
I'll do it so I can do it.
↓
It's fun because you can.
↓
(Back to the beginning)
I will enjoy my own work and make the world a better place.

I want to be logical.
This is the idea that underlies Interpreism, and I hope to be like that myself.
It may sound formal, but I feel it is rather necessary for free and creative action.
In corporate activities, both inside and outside of the company, it is inevitable to interact with "people". Being "logical" gives a "sense of security" when interacting with "people. This is because "logical" means "understandable.
We believe that because we can understand, we can be safe, free, and creative in our relationships with "people," and together we can take on new challenges.
Respect each otherOf course, it is very difficult to "always be logical" and "understand everything. That is why it is important to "try to be logical" and to respect and "try to understand" others.
Hope for the FutureWe believe that by building up various things and wills on a foundation of "being logical," and by "understanding each other" when things that have been built up conflict or do not match, and by changing and refining the form, individuals and the world as a whole will become better.
